Goran Bregovic performs with a large ensemble of musicians. A brass band, bagpipes, a string ensemble, a tuxedo-clad all-male choir from Belgrade, and traditional Bulgarian and Roma singers make up his 40-piece band and orchestra.
Since 1998, Goran Bregović has been performing his music mainly in the form of concerts all over the world with his Weddings and Funerals Orchestra.

Le Mystère des Voix Bulgares (translated as "The Mystery of Bulgarian Voices") is an album of Bulgarian folk songs performed by the Bulgarian State Radio & Television Female Vocal Choir with guest-soloists Yanka Rupkina, Kalinka Valcheva and Stefka Sabotinova.
The album was the result of fifteen years of work by Swiss ethnomusicologist and producer Marcel Cellier and was released in 1975 on his small Disques Cellier label.

Josipa Lisac had a lot of big rock hits, but she also sang Bosnian Sevdah songs (Omer beže) and Croatian Christmas songs. Beside being a top act of the Croatian popular music, she was also highly acclaimed in the former Yugoslav rock scene. She is known for her strong voice and unique sense of fashion.
